2. Report any breaches to the Code of Conduct and/or participant grievances.
3. Abide by your own established Code of Ethics.
4. Complete, record and submit your annual Professional Development requirements.
5. Pay your annual membership renewal fees by the due date.
6. Submit any revised curriculum or policy documents.
