To report a violation of our policy regarding teacher conduct, please submit the following information:

Your full name, your email and phone number (include country code).
Full name of the teacher
A description of the alleged conduct which has violated Tantra Alliance's ethos.
The date(s) and location(s) of the alleged misconduct; names and contact information of any witnesses.

We will contact you about the grievance you reported to discuss next steps. Tantra Alliance may request additional information from you. 
To ensure a fair process to all those involved, Tantra Alliance will not investigate anonymous reports.
